10. The Spa at South Lodge Spa, Lower Beeding – Luxury spa recognised by the Sustainable Spa Association. A real draw is their wild swimming pool., complete with reeds and moss. The menus focus on local and plant-based foods, and they offer nature immersive experience days. The architecture is also sensitive to the landscape and features a grass and sedum roof.
11. Stubcroft Farm, East Wittering – Described as one of the South Coasts hidden gems. There is a wealth of wildlife on the farm with over 72 species of birds identified; deer, hedgehogs, foxes, rabbits, and rare butterflies.
