Cycle the South Downs Way

Do a ton on your bike. Tackle the 100 mile long National Trail. The undulating route challenges the most experienced mountain bikers, with some tough climbs and fast descents. The trail is well signposted and water taps are located at regular intervals. Do carry spare inner tubes as flint stones can cause punctures. For cyclists and those on foot, split the route into sections and stop off midway in West Sussex. Take your pick of our fine pubs and places to stay.
