  7. Echo Yoga and Soundbaths, Worthing – a transformative experience that combines the teachings of yoga with the profound power of integral sound healing, all set amidst enchanting locations near or immersed in nature.

WildArt Trail, Pulborough – following the twists and turns of the four-kilometre route, you’ll spot some incredible sculptures among the fantastic views of the South Downs and maybe even be lucky to see some of the wonderful wildlife. Make time to visit the RSPB visitor centre for a well earned coffee and cake whilst you bird watch over lunch
  9. Stargazing. There’s something magical about gazing up at a vast sky sparkling with stars. All you really need are warm clothes and a clear, dark sky which is why West Sussex is a particularly good choice. With a designated International Dark Sky Reserve, it’s a great place to come and admire the celestial show.
