King Charles III England Coast Path

Take a stroll on the new 44-mile West Sussex stretch of the King Charles III England Coast Path from East Head to Shoreham-by-Sea. Featuring new boardwalks, improved path surfaces and better signage, it’s now easier than ever to visit our beautiful Sussex coast. You can see a mixture of sweeping beaches, wild nature reserves teeming with birdlife, areas of outstanding beauty and a load of cool cafes and eateries.

The path passes through popular seaside resorts including West Wittering, Bognor Regis, Littlehampton, Worthing and Shoreham-By-Sea. Walkers will find lots of opportunities for leisure activities and refreshments at these locations.

In terms of accessibility, the path is mostly easy access and there are no stiles. People who use walking aids such as rollators will find most of the route is easy access and the East Head to Shoreham-by-Sea stretch of the coastal path mostly follows along promenade paths such as in Shoreham, Lancing, Worthing and Bognor Regis.
