Fins & Forks – where fishing meets food. Based on the historic Sompting Estate in the South Downs National Park, Fins & Forks is a small cookery school, smokehouse and commercial kitchen built in newly converted stables and offering “Bait to Plate” fishing and cookery experience days. Individuals, couples and small groups of up to four, can choose from a boat, shore or fly fishing session before a hands-on afternoon of cooking and eating your catch at the Fins & Forks kitchen.
