Enjoy a celebration of St Patrick’s day baking Irish treats with internationally renowned baker author, Emmanuel Hadjiandreou. With Emmanuel’s expertise learn the necessary practical skills, knowledge and confidence to recreate delicious bakes. During the workshop, a range of Irish treats will be made including barmbrack, potato farls, soda breads – beer, wholemeal or fruit. The workshop starts at 10:00am and includes refreshments, a homemade set two course lunch with wine, beer or soft drinks and afternoon tea/coffee.
