Learn the magic of sourdough with internationally renowned baker & author, Emmanuel Hadjiandreou at The Artisan Bakehouse. This workshop is over the course of two days and will teach a range of breads including white sourdough, flavoured rye, Levain de Campagne, seeded loaf, 100% rye and flavoured loaf. The workshop is very hands on with places limited to 8 to ensure everyone gets his personal attention.
