Sourdough making workshop

Come and learn the magic of sourdough with internationally renowned baker & author, Emmanuel Hadjiandreou. Originally from South Africa, where he trained, he has worked all around the world and in the UK for Gordon Ramsey, the Savoy, Flour Power City Bakery, Daylesford Organics and Judges Bakery. The workshop will teach a range of breads including ciabatta, rye and organic white sourdough. The workshop starts at 10:00am and will run through until 5:00pm. The workshop includes all refreshments, a homemade two course lunch with wine, beer or soft drinks and afternoon tea/coffee. For more information and to book, visit the website.
