Shinrin Yoku at High Beeches

Date: 20 October 2019

High Beeches Woodland and Water Garden invites visitors to join them this Autumn for a two hour guided Shinrin Yoku (forest bathing) experience with Janie Bray, an experienced practitioner, in the beautiful woodland and water gardens of High Beeches.
