Macaron making

The Artisan Bakehouse are hosting a macaron making class under the expert guide of Sarah McLoughlin, who has worked in catering for 30 years and is an experienced cake maker. The step by step workshop will provide the makings of sweet and savoury macarons with different types of fillings such as, chocolate genache and fresh raspberry buttercream.
