Take a soothing slow 5km walk around our woodlands & Deer Park in small intimate groups, stopping to practice sensory exercises and mindfulness led by a holistic therapist to help your busy mind to be present. Forest bathing is described as a relaxing outdoor spa for the mind providing many benefits to health and well-being. Starting from our Courtyard Café and ending the workshop, guests are invited to our Courtyard Café for a cup of herbal tea.
The sessions include a date on 21 December which is the winter solstice, a special time as you can feel more connected to the earth. 14 October, 4 November & 21 December | 10:00 – 12:30 £35 per person.
