#SummerinWestSussex 2022 Competition Terms & Conditions of Entry:

 

  1. This competition/prize draw is organised by West Sussex County Council, County Hall, West Street, Chichester, PO19 1RQ. By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Entry.
  2. This competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over.
  3. A maximum of one submission per person is permitted.
  4. The competition will run from 20 May 2022 – 30 June 2022.
  5. Any entries after 11:59pm on 30 June 2022 will not be counted. No entries received after these dates, or entries that are incomplete will be considered for prizes. Data will still be collected from entries submitted after this date.
  6. WSCC accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost or incorrectly completed.
  7. All complete entries will be entered into a randomised prize draw.
  8. The winner of competition will be announced by 8 July 2022.
  9. The prize winners will be contacted directly through email by 8 July 2022 and will need to confirm within 72 hours.
  10. The organiser’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  11. The organiser and this competition are governed by English Law.
  12. The winners may be asked to take part in publicity and the organiser reserves the right to use the names and locations of winners in any publicity.
  13. Please note that by entering the competition you are giving consent for West Sussex County Council to process your information for the purpose of administering the competition. We will only contact you if you win the competition. We will not share this information with any party outside of Experience West Sussex.   14. We reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition, the rules and the terms of conditions of entry at any time and without prior notice. Any changes will be posted either within these terms and conditions or in the competition details.
  15. There is a total of one prize per winner.
  16. The prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
